Orders placed for in stock items ship the same day, if received by 2PM
EST.
We will ship to you in a hurry!! Purchases that qualify for FREE shipping will
be shipped via 5-7 day ground FedEx service or USPS. During the check out
process customers have the option to upgrade their delivery choices for an
additional cost to FedEx (Next Business Day) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day
delivery). For orders that do not qualify for the free shipping, the customer
may choose from any of the shipping options listed above. All items are
protected and insured.
Backorders/Out of Stock Items
Shipping on backordered items is based upon our production schedule. Pending
backorders will ship within 24 hours of production. Backordered items will ship
on a first order placed first order shipped basis. We advise that you add to
cart and complete the checkout process, even on the backordered items. You need
to ensure yourself a spot on the waiting list. Credit cards will not be billed
or charged until the packaged ships from our warehouse.
Items in production, but not ready for sales
Send us your e-mail with the item name and model number and we will contact you
as soon as it becomes available for sale on this site. No Deposit, No Fees.
Simple as that.
DOA's
If you receive an item and it does not work or is damaged from shipping, Please
notify us via e-mail bluespearl@rocketmail.com within 24 hours after receiving
this item . The damage will be accessed and the appropriate action will be
taken.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to file for a return of a
purchased item. All returns require a RMA form and number, do not sent your
package to us without notification and the RMA form. To return an item, please
email bluespearl@rocketmail.com with a brief description of your return,
purchase date, order number and our department will email you the RMA
information.
Terms of Returned Items
*Items shipped with custom boxes, DO NOT ship returns back to us in their logo
printed and labeled box.
*Items must be returned in as new, mint, exact condition as when it shipped from
our warehouse. All original boxes, batteries, power supplies, packaging wrap,
warranty cards, and instructions must be returned with the original item.
*Items not received by our returns department per the above conditions, will be
charged a 25% reconditioning fee for the item, NO exceptions. Please read the
instruction before returning items.
*Pedals returned back with sticky Velcro attached to the bottom cannot be
reconditioned and will be returned to sender, NO exceptions.
*Defective items can only be returned for the exact item or store credit, no
exceptions.

Shirts or Hats that have been worn or washed
